Existing Facilities
  • Problem Office Analysis: Main or branch office
  • Relocation Analysis: Main or branch office

    We identify the 100% location in a given area, usually a commercial corridor, employment center, or downtown business district.
  • Area-wide Analysis of a city, county, region, MSA, state, or even multi-state area: We first divide the larger area into homogenous economic "submarkets" and then take our analysis from the macro to micro perspective. The result is a five-year "Road Map" of 100% locations
